Leasekeepers offers subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your access to the Service will continue until the end of the period for which you have paid. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from residents for data entered into the Service.
The Service, including all software, content, templates, and documentation, is owned by Leasekeepers and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant that notice templates or compliance tools meet any specific legal requirements in any jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.
